The Role You’ll take ownership of a well-structured portfolio, providing high-quality strata management services. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Chairing and managing AGMs, EGMs, and committee meetings Communicating with owners, committees, and stakeholders Managing levy invoicing, arrears, and budgets Coordinating maintenance tasks and contractor engagement Enforcing by-laws and issuing necessary notices or orders Preparing meeting documentation and follow-ups Providing mentorship to junior team members The Person We’re looking for an experienced strata professional who is: Minimum 12 months in a similar role Holds a current Certificate of Registration or Strata Licence Knowledgeable in NSW strata law Confident communicator and people-first mindset Organised, self-motivated, and proactive Experience with PropertyIQ highly regarded The Perks 2 days work from home or fully remote for the right candidate Monthly RDOs and wellbeing days Friendly and collaborative team environment Supportive leadership with internal progression opportunities Apply NOW or get in touch for a confidential chat.
